چکیده

Manajemen proyek adalah suatu aktivitas yang didalamnya terdiri atas kegiatan merencanakan, memimpin, mengorganisir, serta mengendalikan sumberdaya organisasi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan telah ditentukan dalam jangka waktu tertentu dengan sumber daya tertentu. Studi kasus pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Ruang Kelas Baru (RKB) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kab. Karawang berlokasi Karawang, Jawa Barat 41314. Menganalisis menggunakan konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Analysis) dititik beratkan pelaksanaan Karawang. Mengetahui dan menambah wawasan tentang pengendalian biaya penerapan Earned Analysis. Waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan sudah sesuai rencana sehingga dapat selesai jadwal.
